I've been itching lately to mod my TDI just because I know it would be pretty fun with a tune and an exhaust. I think my biggest issues are I want to ear a lot of turbo noise BUT I don't want to live with loud exhaust. My second issue is its still on warranty but I know a tune would wake her up. Third I just don't have the money but it would look good slung a little lower and I mean it would be fun to taunt all of the bro truck guys when my little TDI rolls more coal than their big durastroke powermax... kidding I actually wish I had my diesel truck back sometime but either way you guys have any good ideas for light mods that are worth doing to my little TDI ?
By the way I did make a new car guy friend !

2010 tdi kin. here: if you're wanting to hear more turbo, i hear you could remove the turbo resonance dampener that vw installed to hide the noise. Either gut the dampener (DIY Here ) or replace it with a something like the neuspeed jank. I hear the tune wakes this car up a lot, but of course intact DPF limits us at stage 2 tuning. I too am itching to mod this one but i'll be happy to do the little things for now and save funds for fun for later.

Yeah I've looked into the dampener before which is an option but I still don't want to really mess with the car till my warranty is over. But I'm in the same spot, I'm still plenty happy with it how she sits
